1. About the site

This website provides information about our micro sourdough bakery and self-service farm shop in Tromsø. Product availability, prices and opening hours may change without prior notice. Descriptions on the site are for guidance and do not constitute a binding offer unless we confirm an order in writing or by email.

2. Orders and farm shop

Pre-orders placed via the contact form or phone are subject to confirmation by us. The farm shop is self-service; payment must be made as indicated on site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock shortage, pricing errors or misuse.

3. Intellectual property

Text, layout, branding and images on this site belong to Surdeigshuset or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful or unlawful content, or use the contact form for spam or unrelated marketing.

5. Liability

We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Norwegian consumer or product rules.
